The cabin
Groovy Pines is a two-story A-frame on the shore of Lake Lucerne, in the woods under three miles from downtown Eureka Springs. Start the day with coffee on the private deck, take a kayak out on the lake, and end it at the fire pit under the stars.
Inside, there's a fireplace for cool Ozark evenings, a jetted tub for after the trail, and a desk with a monitor if work comes along. The lake has boat launch access, catch-and-release fishing, and room to paddle.

- Another cabin shares the property. Its guests share the dock, fire pit, and gravel driveway.
- Parking for 2 vehicles on the shared gravel driveway.
- Step-free entry by ramp, with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor.
- One exterior security camera, mounted on a tree, faces the front of the cabin and the driveway. It records video and sound, and it does not view any indoor space.
- No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
- During a burn ban, the fire pit and charcoal grill are off limits.
